We have relaunched our Readers' Choice contest with dozens of new categories, including burgers.

Jimmy Buffett  sings, “I like mine with lettuce and tomato, Heinz 57…” Burgers are a staple. You can find a decent burger just about anywhere, but what makes it great? Is it the toppings?
