Brandon Tramell Sulton, 32, of 108 Pinecrest Drive, West Columbia, was charged with second-offense manufacturing methamphetamine.
Regina Williams Wangness, 42, of the same Pinecrest Drive address, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.
Around 1:14 a.m. Thursday, NET officers executed a search warrant at the Pinecrest Drive home and found evidence that both Sulton and Wangness were actively operating a meth lab at the home, according to a news release.
