Carter’s last known address was 412 Jasper Street, West Columbia. Carter is 5 feet 9 inches and weighs 200 pounds. Carter has brown hair and brown eyes.
Gary Danielle Golson, 28, is wanted a charge of breach of trust with fraudulent intent. His last known address was 1919 Bentley Court, Columbia. Golson is 5 feet 11 inches and weighs 140 pounds. Golson has black hair and brown eyes.
Brittany Joy Kitzmiller, 26, is wanted on a charge of breach of trust with fraudulent intent. Her last known address was 111 Pine Lane, Cayce. Kitzmiller is 5 feet 7 inches and weighs 180 pounds. Kitzmiller has brown hair and brown eyes.
