Lizard's Thicket Launches New Website

Columbia, S.C. (October 8, 2013) – Lizard’s Thicket, the family-owned and operated traditional Southern restaurant with 15 locations in the Columbia area and Florence, announces the launch of its updated website, www.LizardsThicket.com.

In addition to breakfast, lunch and supper menus, daily specials, a map with all 15 locations and Lizard’s Thicket history, the new site has a brighter aesthetic, larger images and also adds increased capabilities. Visitors will find restaurant news, a detailed catering page with photos of meals and options for events, as well as a store page for purchasing gift certificates and Lizard’s Thicket t-shirts, hats and other merchandise. Visitors can also take a look at photos of Lizard’s Thicket meals by taking a look at the restaurant’s Instagram shots, which appear on the site.

“My parents opened the first Lizard’s Thicket in 1977,” said Bobby Williams, chairman of Lizard’s Thicket. “Our family still owns and operates all 15 locations of our restaurant, and I think my parents would be proud of the way our new site tells customers about daily specials and lists many of our original menu items but also gives detailed information about our catering options and opportunities for purchasing Lizard’s Thicket merchandise and gift certificates.”
