A new restaurant is coming to the Columbia area.
HuHot Mongolian Grill, a restaurant offering Asian stir fry meals, let's you "control your destiny."
MD Rahman, general manager of HuHot, said the restaurant is not your typical Chinese restaurant.
Guests can choose from a variety of meats, noodles, fresh vegetables and sauces before taking their meal over to the "grill warrior" to be cooked. You can also create your own s'mores on a mini hibachi.
The Columbia restaurant, which will be the first location in South Carolina, is scheduled to open Sept. 13.
HuHot Mongolian Grills, LLC opened its first restaurant in Missoula, Mont., in 1999, according to its website.
HuHot is located beside Regal Columbiana Grande at the Columbiana Station on Bower Parkway.
Lunch hours will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Dinner hours are from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
If you're interested in working at HuHot, interviews will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday at 1260-A9 Bower Parkway, Columbia for all positions including servers, grill warriors and hosts.
