Lexington-Richland 5 Board of Trustees will have a regular meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday at Ballentine Elementary School.
A public hearing on the 2012-2013 general fund budget will be held at 7 p.m. with the regular meeting following afterward.
The regular meeting agenda includes discussion of a resolution for sale of bonds, action on second reading of the 2012-2013 general fund budget; and the superintendent's report.
An executive session will be held at 6 p.m. to discuss a lawsuit filed by Max Nielsen, Dakota McMillian, Jacob Zupon and the Freedom from Religion Foundation, Inc. against the district.
