Starting at 7 a.m., voters will head to the polls for the June 12 primary to vote for a handful of county races and S.C. House and Senate races. 

The road to the primary has been confusing for many as nearly 250 candidates have been ruled ineligible after SC Supreme Court rulings.

If you don't know your precinct, you can enter your county and name on the S.C. Election Commission website to find your precinct. Then, check the list below for their precinct's polling location or view the attached PDFs.

To vote, bring one of the following types of identification: a voter registration card, a S.C. driver's license or a S.C. ID card issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles.

If you registered to vote by mail, are voting for the first time, and did not submit proof of ID with your application, you will need your voter registration card and an additional ID, such as a driver's license, according to the Election Commission. 

Polls close at 7 p.m. If you're standing in line at 7 p.m., you will be allowed to vote, according to the Election Commission.
