Is there anything that can be done to the homes that do not/have not mowed their yards, my neighborhood looks terrible (New Friarsgate). I thought we had an enforcement officer that drives the streets.....

Sandra,
Call the Bret Ringer (Code enforcement officer) or the Mayor. We do have an ordinance and 3 code enforcement officers that can help get it done for you. I had the same problem and they are cleaning up Irmo.
