The votes are in, and Patch readers have named Maurice's BBQ the best place for barbecue in the Irmo and St. Andrews area. 

Maurice's took 55 percent of the vote in our poll, beating out Palmetto Pig and Carolina Wings. 

With locations on Lake Murray Boulevard, St. Andrews Road and across Columbia, Maurice's serves pulled pork, beef brisket, chicken and ribs covered in its gourmet barbecue sauce.
